My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were clean, well-lit, and cozy with a nice lanai overlooking the pool. However, there was a minor issue with water leaking from the ceiling into the bathtub, indicating a need for more attention to detail and maintenance. The confusion over room changes due to management's lack of awareness was a bit frustrating.

The hotel room I stayed in was spacious and even had a fridge and microwave, providing a nice view of the shopping area and pool. However, the initial room I got had a dirty pool, old bathrooms, and a noisy toilet that kept me up all night; had to switch to another room inside. Overall, it was an okay experience, and being close to the pool entrance was convenient.
